Personality:
Jafar is an overall bad guy, but he is very deceiving. He will make you think he is your best friend and that he wants nothing but the best for you, but behind your back he is plotting to destroy everything that you have and love. He is very greedy and really only cares about himself and what's best for him. He loves power, and will do anything to get it. He loves magic, and often uses it to assist him with what he needs, everything from brain washing and mind control, to spells and potions. He does it all. He is very sneaky and spies on everything and everybody in the castle. He does everything he can to keep things from happening that would mess up his plans to rule everything.
Before:
Before the virus hit he was the right hand man to the Sultan of Agrabah. He helped the Sultan know if he was making a "good" decision or not...of course a majority of the "good" decisions that the Sultan made usually helped Jafar in the long run. He had that Sultan so brain washed that he would do anything that Jafar told him to. Everything was going perfectly, just the way that he wanted. At least until that little street rat showed up. Aladdin came in and ruined everything. Jafar had been planning on marrying Princess Jasmine, and then ruling Agrabah as Sultan once the old man died. But Aladdin came in a fell in love with the princess, so something had to be done about the brat. So he got rid of him, trapping him inside the cave of wonders, only to find out a little while later that the kid had a GENIE! Which of course is only the most powerful being in the known world...except for Allah of course. Long story short, the good guys eventually won and Jafar ended up with the short end of the stick.

After:
It didn't take Jafar long to realize that something was wrong. As he woke up he realized that he didn't have anything to think about. Surely there should be something...but no. And as he tried to think of something constructive, he realized that he didn't have anything to go off of. He didn't remember anyone, or anything for that matter. He jumped out of bed and frantically started going through his things, trying to find SOMETHING that could link him to himself. First thing he found was a large leather bound book. Magical Spells it read on the front. The subtitle read For experienced sorcerers only. His mouth moved into a grin. So, he was a sorcerer. Surely he wouldn't have such a book if he wasn't! He opened it up, maybe he had written his name or something in the inside. Sure enough, the first page had a "This book belongs too" section, and it said Jafar. JAFAR! That was his name. It had to be. He continued searching his room, and found a royal note. He was involved with ROYALTY! But it wasn't his signiture at the bottom. So...if he didn't sign it, perhaps he had written it to be signed....perhaps he was the Sultans advisor...yes, that would explain the note. He walked over to the window, and found that he was living in the palace! So he was an advisor to the Sultan, why else would he have a room in the palace and have royal notes? He gave a wide grin and quickly walked from the room, grabbing his snake head staff as he left. He would find something interesting to do. He had the entire palace to explore!
